AC Lighting Warehouse uses UPS Ground for all shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. If you have a UPS account number, we can make charges to that account, however, you will need to call our Customer Service Department at 800-624-8915 to complete your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

You will be notified within 2 business days with expected delivery date. Please contact a Customer Service Representative if you have any additional questions. You may cancel back-ordered items at any time prior to shipping without penalty. There will be no additional charge for shipping items that are on back-order.

There is a minimum of $80.00 per Fluorescent Lamp order. Fluorescent lamps are sold in case quantities only. Other products may ship separately. Fluorescent lamp orders totaling $1000.00 or more will be shipped with no shipping charges.

We do not have a minimum order requirement on our Ballasts and Drivers. There is a $12.00 case break fee for ordering less than case quantity, per order. Your order will typically be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. If you need to expedite your order, we can ship overnight, or arrange for UPS 2 day delivery. Appropriate shipping charges will apply.
